1. Tramps and tarts - most people have some old crappy clothes or can wear something skimpy and a ton of make-up (in fact a lot of the people in the town where I live are like this normally)
2. Roman toga party - go in a sheet
3. Lumberjack party - checks and cheesecloth and jeans

London Underground theme - something for everyone. you can be lazy and just wear sports gear for places like wimbledon, and for the people who want to really get into the spirit of the thing they can be shepherds, elephants, angels etc
Or go with the old favourite, tarts and vicars
