These pairs are a random mixing of a persons genes. So while yes your sister has the same parents as you she does not have the same genes resulting in different appearances. The only way she would look like you is if you were identical twins( a fertilized egg that divides into two embryos) not to be confused with fraternal twins two separate eggs fertilized by two separate sperm at the same time.
