Girls finish up usually at about 17 to 19, though there is often little change after 15.
Men can grow several inches, even after they turn 21! This is rare, though. At any rate, don't count a man fully grown until age 22.

You are done growing by the time you are 20-21. Boys and girls. Girls usually finish long before the boys do. But by then it is certainly done.
