You can buy a domain name at https://www.securepaynet.net/gdshop/rhp/default.asp?prog_id=SanctStore

For a .com site, GoDaddy sells it at $8.95 a year but this site does it for $8.49 a year. When you register for a domain name, you can an email account for free too. To get a domain name though, you will need to come up with something that is not already taken. Once you have registered, you will need to create an account. And then you can click on Email on their navigation menu to access your email account.

You just register your desired domain name at your chosen provider. Try to do your due dilligence when checking them out because there are a lot, but only a few will be able to meet your expectations.

Whomever you choose, don't choose solely or primarily because of price. You might end up paying you more than you bargained for.

You can, for example, register your domain name with namecheap.com. Their prices are reasonable and pretty much standard for .com domain names.

You then signup for either website or email hosting or both, although both is probably more practical depending on your short and/or longterm goal/s. Your provider should then give you some information (called nameservers) for you to input in your domain name account.

Contact both your domain and email/website provider for more specifics.

create an email group, don't forget to cut and paste the emails into it, and not type them. from the express help: To create a group of contacts You can create a single group name (or alias) to use when sending a message to several contacts at once. Simply create a group name and add individual contacts to the group. Then, just type the group name in the To box when you send e-mail. In the Address Book, select the folder in which you want to create a group. Click New on the toolbar, and then click New Group. The Properties dialog box opens. In the Group Name box, type the name of the group. There are several ways to add people to the group: To add a person from your Address Book list, click Select Members, and then click a name from the Address Book list. To add a person directly to the group without adding the name to your Address Book, type the person's name and e-mail address in the lower half of the Properties dialog box, and then click Add. To add a person to both the group and your Address Book, click New Contact and fill in the appropriate information. To use a directory service, click Select Members, and then click Find. Select a directory service from the drop-down list at the end of the text box. After finding and selecting an address, it is automatically added to your Address Book. Repeat for each addition until your group is defined. Note To view a list of your groups separately from the Address Book listings, in the Address Book, on the View menu, make sure that Folders and Groups is selected. You can create multiple groups, and contacts can belong to more than one group.

First, you need to register an internet domain name - something like "www.mydomainname.com".

Most web registration firms also allow you to set up an e-mail address using this - like mail@mydomainname.com - and then forward e-mails to your current e-mail address with your ISP.
Its kind of like having a PO Box address for snail mail.

It looks the business and also means that you can switch ISP's whilst still keeping the same published e-mail address - you just amend the mail forwarding.
