Maybe visiting New York and I want to know what are some fun places to go, (but such much as a tourist sense,like sight seeing, not exciting...)

You should hit the clubs. Their is the this restruant/night club called Tao that has a Budha that is about 50 feet high it is awesome. They have the best food and you will have a great time.
Also why dont you go see a broadway show.
You can also go shopping they have really good stores their to go shopping or you can go to the showrooms on 5th avenue. This way you can see the latest trends. Have fun!!!!

Everything others listed sounds great.
Also, go to Jekyll and Hyde's. It's a theme restaurant with the ambience and costumed staff just perfect for this time of year!
If you are with at least one other person, see if you can get a ride on one of those bicycles for 8 people on your way to anywhere.
Take a horse-and-buggy ride through Central Park.
OK, clubs are definitely in.
Depending on the night, you might find some great music at the Newyoriquan Poet's Cafe (check my spelling). Or you might find a bunch of snobby poet-wannabes, so check ahead. There's jazz clubs, and all sorts of avant-garde things in NYC. Have fun!

For starters you could try checking out the Union Square farmers market (Broadway and E. 17th st.), go walking through Central Park, go to the other Chinatown in Queens (take the 7 train to the end of the line) which is bigger than the one in Manhattan, but with no tourists and taking the ferry to Staten Island for views of downtown.
There's a whole lot more to do, but these aren't as touristy.

Eating, Going to Museums, walking in Central Park, walking along the riversides, going to a sporting event, meeting people, going to different neighborhoods, the list will go on and on !

new york has wonderful restaurants, fantastic museums, and the best dining out places in the world. even if you do nothing at all but walk around down town its an experience that cant be beat
