Can someone tell me what gear ratio differential i have and what I can do to make it a positive traction?

go to a dodge parts department give them your Vin they will tell you what ratio you have and if it is a posi or open diff. if you want posi you have to get a new posi carrier witch is about $300 and you have to take it to a shop so they can put it in for you.

Since these were fitted with a number of axle ratios, you will have to obtain the number from the diff and have your dealer tell you the ratio. Some manufacturers have this information on the Window Sticker that was on the vehicle when new. If you still have it check to see if that is described.
Secondly, there are many aftermarket "lockers" for sale. Go to a specialty 4X4 shop like 4 wheel parts and they can show you the whole range.
