i explained to someone how something happened to me in my sleep often for a period of time and thats what they told me but i dont quite understand?

It could mean a Witch has put a spell on you by using psychic attacks and it may not have been in this life but in a past life.
As from experience if your third eye is very strong they will attack from behind, so it will enter through your back to your heart.
I would say if you put your mind to it you would be strong enough to send it back with love and no karma
Just ask the universe for white light protection to protect you from evil and then to be covered in a liquid mirror with the shinny side facing out, to reflect any negative thoughts or actions that may come your way.
You must do this every night before you go to bed, so you are protected while you sleep until you feel safe again : )

If the something that happened was sexual in nature then probably dealing with either Incubus (if you are female) or Succubus (if you are a male). Check Wikipedia for further details.

Maybe they meant that a witch was "casting bad spells" on you...if you believe in that.
