dude check out goodwill or salvation army ive gotton some awsome costumes from their before they have old prom dresses and what not if your really on a budget.Just wash it good =)

weara bright dress and a wear a tiara, curl your hair and wear make up if you don't already and smile a lot and wear shiny lip gloss. wear some white gloves.. that'll be nice.

wear a flowy dress... get some lacy skirts u can wear underneath to make it "poofy"... make or buy a crown/tiara, and make or buy a sceptor to hold. wear sparkly jewelry, maybe white gloves, and curl ur hair. :)
