Helpful bacteria such as Streptococcus salivarius ssp thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus are used as cultures to produce yogurt, and other bacteria are used to make cheese. Helpful bacteria are also present in the human digestive tract, where they are collectively called "gut flora." The average human has ten times as many gut flora individuals as cells in his or her own body, and the gut flora includes at least 300 different species.

(Note that penicillin is not a bacteria, but a chemical product of penicillium fungi.)

First consider all the jobs of bacteria. All cheeses are made by bacterial action on milk. There are other milk products like yogurt and the other fermented products. Saurkraut is a fermented product. There are decomposing bcteria that are very helpful. There is nitrifing bacteria that takes nitrogen from the air for plants to use. There are bacteria in the stomach of cows that help them digest their food. There are more. Check names on google.
