At the bottom of your iTunes, there should be a button that says something like "Replace with all songs from library." Which is probably what the person who stole your iPod did. It should replace every song on your iPod with the songs in your iTunes library.

And you totally reminded me that I have about 6 more songs I need to put on my iPod, lol. Thanks!

Do you want to combine both - songs from Itunes and stolen Ipod? You could have more songs for free! Here is clue..

The alternative is to to save/burn all the songs (from Itunes) in the empty disc under MP3 file and clear it. The ACC file works as well but it takes a lot of discs. MP3 file is smaller and can save a lot of songs in one single disc. Then put the songs (from stolen Ipod) in the Itunes and download all the songs( from the save disc) to Itunes and combine together. Or..

Buy the software called Senuti to combine songs.

janika v, how did you get your songs on there in the first place?

Look, you should be able to jack the iPod into your computer and when iTunes opens up, look for your iPod icon.
Open that up, delete whatever songs you don't want and then go to the Library folder in iTunes.
Using your shift key, high-light each song in your iTunes Library that you want to transfer to your iPod.
Then drag-and-drop the list into the iPod icon.
Viola!
