I've got a 2000 Honda Odyssey van in my shop right now. I did a timing belt change on it and now the Power steering pump is howling. I didnt remove any lines, all I did was remove the belt to the pump, and the resivior was never removed or spilled. The sound is coming from the pump and I've flushed the system and it went away for a little while and now its back. I've bled the system 3 times now and it comes back after it all cools down. Has anyone had any experience with this problem?

The idler pulley on these cars can make a moaning sound just like the power steering pump. Check it closely and you may find the problem is not the PS Pump. I have been through this before.

There is a good chance that when you adjusted the belt for the P/S, you but a bit too much tension there, and pulled the shaft of the pump off-center a bit causing the front seal to draw in air, in effect cavitating.
Your repair will be (probably) to release some of the tension, and bleed the aerated oil from the system. It will take a couple of hours to do it right. If it continues to aerate, you may need to re-seal the front of the pump.

Good Luck
