Thizzle or Thizz is a slang phrase coined by the late Vallejo, California rapper Mac Dre. It refers to the drug ecstasy. "Thizzin" is the act of taking ecstasy, although the ecstasy that he is referring to is "dirty," meaning that it has been cut with other intoxicants such as methamphetamine. Other variations of the word include "Thizz Face" which refers to the facial expression made when one takes the drug. This has been said to resemble the expression made when one "smells pee". There is a similarity between the "Thizz Face" and the Jamaican "Screwface," a word for an angry or irritated facial appearance.

Thizz IME refers to very dirty pills which are supposed to be MDMA but are usually methylone, mephedrone, 5-FA, or an MD-X substance cut with methamphetamine, Ritalin, diet pills... whatever. I've also seen sub-par powder described as "thizz". Good e is "Moly" or "Molly" (from "molecular purity" or "molecularly pure"); thizz is just low-quality "e", usually in press-tabs.

If you pronounce the 'th' as in thick, then the word means absolutely nothing to me.

If you pronounce the 'th as in this, then the word sounds like a poor pronunciation of 'this'.
