1) Satelite. But based on what I have heard from other people who have used Satelite before, the service is not reliable at all. If you have rain or if the weather is not so good, you don't get any services at all.

2) I know AOL has this option. You need to pay some kind of fees for AOL to get the cable speed of internet connection. But in order to use this option, you HAVE TO already have some kind of internet connection. I think this option is designed for those people who are living in some rural areas that cannot get cable speed. So, in addition to paying for your current dial-up connection, you have to pay for this AOL option as well.

Verizon has a wireless cell card that is about $60 per month unlimited access.

only other way would be via satellite but this is a rather costly way to get internet access. if there is no cable/dsl/adsl providers in that area.
