i am writing a research paper on whether N.H driving laws should be changed or not. I am mentioning dat cellphone use shouldn't be banned, graduating licensing shudn't be banned and there should be curfew at night. My question is I found sum articles dat says dat other states tried out graduated licensing & it really worked out for them to show the significance of graduated licensinf & focusing dat it shudn't be changed. should i use those articles?? And plz answer this, is there already curfew in New Hampshire driving laws or is there no curfew here (curfew-not letting ppl drive at night)

I'd like to hear your reason for why cell phone use during the operation of a vehicle shouldn't be banned. I personally think it should. I assume you're quite young since you're not oo familiar with the driving laws and you think driving and talking on a cell phone at the same time is okay. I'm only 19 and I don't even like to drive anymore. I can't even count how many times I've been cut off or nearly run off the road by a swerving motorist because they're too busy chatting away on their cell phone. It's not that inconvenient to pull over to take a call. There's thousands of accidents in this country each day, and millions of people have cell phones. Imagine how many people are injured or killed unneccessarily in automobile accidents due to careless drivers not paying attention to the road and their driving.

Anyway, there is a curfew. Anyone under the age of 18 needs to be home by 1:00 AM (unless it's changed in the past three years.) If you're pulled over by a cop and they realize you've disobeyed the curfew they'll most likely just escort you home (follow you home to make sure you're actually going home and get there safely.)
