Magic Mountain is owned by the Six Flags Corporation, which owns and operates theme parks throughout North America, Latin America, and Europe and has absolutely no connection to any Disney property.

Six Flags Magic Mountain will likely close soon as Six Flags CPO Mark Shapiro is looking to sell the land it is on. For now the park is still open and will likely operate until the land is sold.
