That has happened to me too. The older model of CD players do not recognize the burned CD's. You need to have a CD player that would play CD-R, CD-RW in order to play burned CDs.

Some CD players simply won't play burned CDs by design. Sony CD players from the 90's were made that way.

Check the file format in which you are burning your CDs, your car CD player must having a different file format then what you are burning your CDs with.

you probably burned them as data cds rather than media cds.

you must write then\m as audio CDs or mp3 if it can read mp3
