In AFI's cd Sing The Sorrow I heard "Is it a problem is I'm gay" and the lyric was "Inside a crummbling effegy" and I've heard before "Avacados" instead of "All the colors" and "a vagina" instead of "Of a giant" or something like that.
In one of the soad songs the lyric is Why'd you leave the keys up on the table?" and I sing "Why'd you leave the ketchup on the table?" but just b/c I think its funny

Here are three-one from me and one each from two different friends. I thought "you're playing with your life, this ain't no truth or dare" from "Beat It" (Michael Jackson) was "you're playing with your life, this ain't no troubador." Makes absolutely no sense, but I sang it for a while.
The other two--One friend used to sing Depeche Mode's "People Are People" with "...you and I get along so awesomely" instead of "awfully"
The other friend sang the last verse of Margaritaville with "some people claim that there's a woman to blame, but I know it's my old grampa."

It took many years before I realized the correct lyrics to the Huey Lewis & the News song, "I want a new drug."
I asked my friend: "why would a new job make him feel like he feels when he's with someone?"
oh, drug, not job. lol.

Michelle by The Beatles
The real lyrics were:
Michelle ma belle, sont les mots qui vont tres bien ensemble, tre bien ensemble
But I have been misheard as:
Michelle, my bell, sunday monkeys say the end is done, the end is done

"Sugar, We're Goin' Down" by Fall Out Boy. For cryin' out loud, the man doesn't pronounce his consonants! Most people I know just make up their own lyrics to Fall Out Boy songs.
"Are we sepi-deed, or sepi for the raw chew?"

When I was younger, I thought that Bon Jovi's song "You Give Love a Bad Name" was singing "you give love a band-aide"
