First Time Being Pregnant
I think I felt it but I am not sure as I have never had this feeling before.

It feels like you have a kitten under your jacket but you are not wearing a jacket and you don't have a kitten.
It is the most wonderful feeling in the world!

At this stage, you can lay on your tummy still. If you do that, it can kinda flatten things out a bit, so you can possibly feel the baby moving more easily. It just feels like something is brushing you on the inside. It's not at all painful. Over the next few weeks, you'll feel it more and more, and it won't be long before you can SEE the baby moving, too.
Enjoy this time! It's the only time when the baby is all YOURS. People can feel the movements from the outside, sure, but no one can feel the movements like you can.

One of the best ways for me to feel the baby move was to take a hot (but not too hot) relaxing bath. For whatever reason, more ofthen than not, I was able to feel my son move a fair bit when I was in the tub (especially as things progressed). So draw yourself a nice warm bath, relax, close your eyes..that might do the trick.
The feeling is like gas bubbles or "butterflies". Truly an incredible feeling, and something to really enjoy.
And contrary to what was said above, they are not painful at all. They get uncomfortable as pregnancy progresses, and can be pretty intense towards the very end (especially if you have good sized baby like I had), but never painful.

FUNKY!! Weird, the first time or two is really strange.
I don't think there is really a comparison. But you will learn to love it.
If you haven't had a baby before you probably haven't felt the same feeling.

When my wife was at your stage I didn't really believe it, so I put my ear over her belly, I got a punt in the ear hole that made me realize it was either real or she had been on a deep space mission and forgot to tell me.

it feels painful and you can't hadrly do nothing that is how painful it is
