Yes, it wasn't that bad. I had my gallbladder removed. Reduced the recovery time from a month to a week or so. Plus you can't even see the scars now (and its only been 2 years!) whereas with any regular surgery, you are going to have big scars that take a while to heal.

Yes, several times. It wasn't bad at all. Recovery was quick. I had it done on a Friday and went back to work on Monday. It was not a physically stressful job, but if it was, your recovery time might be longer.

I finally ended up having a hysterectomy. I had complications from that, in and out of the hospital with infections. After my discharge, my recovery took about 3 months until I was back to normal. I wish I could've had a vaginal hysterectomy, but that was not a good choice in my situation.

My point is, you should NOT have this happen to you with just a laparoscopy! It really a low-risk surgery and the recovery time is really quick. The most you might feel is some discomfort in your upper chest because of the gas they use to expand your abdomen during the surgery. That gas is entirely safe, just like regular air, and it goes away with a little time.

Hope this helps!

it's painful after its performed. You might be asleep throughout the process. You might be worn out after the process and might be in soreness. Due to the gasoline they positioned for your stomach it is going to rationale a few pain afterwards. Beware of gasoline you could have, it hurts. Well it did for me. You could have a few nausea and vommiting as a result of the anesthesia. Make you may have a few soreness killers. Dilaudid labored lovely well for me. I used to be up and round in approximately every week. I went again to paintings via the moment week. Oh and getting away from bed might be little difficult. I rolled myself to my facet and driven myself up away from bed. The incisions are very small and ultimately you wont see them anymore. I cant discover mine, lol. All in all, its no longer that unhealthy. A hysterectomy is far worse
