My Girl and I have been trying for a couple of months to no avail. We know she's got a tilted uteris, got any suggestions?

A couple of months is not nearly long enough to assume there's any sort of problem. A couple with no fertility issues whatosever can easily take a year or so to conceive. A tilted uterus is not necessarily an impediment to conception. Keep trying! Do a little research into how to track her cycles to determine which days are the most fertile ("Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler is excellent.)

well, do you know which way it's tilting. You could try a position that woudl allow you to *** that way. She could also lay on her back and lift her hips in the air in a tilted position so that the *** would go in better. You could have sex while she has a pillow under her hips. I've heard the best two positons for conceiving are missionary and doggy style. I was also trying to concieve, but it hasn't happend...I've read that smoking, stress, diet and excersise all of that has a significant impact, as well as age of course. best of luck to you though.

It can take many months to fall pregnant.
Try different positions...ask your family doctor or gynaecologist for the best positions to help with the direction her cervix is pointed in. Don't be embarrassed asking - I'm sure they'll be happy to explain.

Don't stress honestly.. You need to just let it happen the more your stress the less chances you have.. Put a pillow under her lower back and try that.

It is a chance of timing. One time intercourse can get pregnant and sometimes even one year may not be enough. One drop of semen combine with fertile egg is sufficient. So keep on trying.

It took me 9 months, constantly trying. A friend of ours finally told us to try this.....after we had sex, I would put a pillow under my butt, and stay that way all night. DONT GET UP. It worked.

get really involved with sexx. touch her breastts or something. its been said that if you have lots of sexx u will be likely to have a preganent girl.
