check you owners manual for the location of the two adjusting screws they face the car towards a flat surface like a garage door, turn the lights on and adjust to the specification listed in your manual. with the lights on the door you can see which way you are adjusting as well as measure the correct heights and direction (left or right).

open the hood there should be a screw above or round the head light and you need to tighten it to raise it and loosen it to lower it
