In theory the time you conceive is two weeks before your period starts.
If you had a normal period it is unlikely you are pregnant.
Morning sickness varies so much from one person to another, even from one pregnancy to another in the same woman. You would not normally feel sick this early, but it is not out of the question.
I would say you are probably not pregnant and the sickness is just a coincidence.

You could be prego, but a blood test or ept would be the best way to figure out for sure. If your period was lighter then normal, then yes you could be. But remember, there are a ton of viruses going around now. I have had 3 strains of viruses in the last 10 days and let me tell you, I feel like I might be pregnant. I can't be cause I got my tubes tied and I know the feeling because I already have one child. Go to your doctor if you have any suspicions that you might me. :O)

I'm a guy and I don't know ANYTHING about women's bodies. But I've seen questions like this and people usually respond with that being some sort of "discharge" that's normal. If it doesn't go away I'd go to the health department or something like that. Condoms are also free there I'd pick up a few.

If you have had a regular period then you are not pregnant. Intercourse before periods cannot result in pregnancy later on. But if you just had spotting and not exact period bleeding then you should try a home pregnancy test.
You might be sick due to other reasons not related to pregnancy.

Highly unlikely, chances are you have a tummy bug or have eaten something dodgy. There are rare cases of people who have periods all through pregnancy but these are very much exceptions to the norm.

It can happen immediately, yes. It can also last through the whole pregnancy (don't mean to scare you, it generally ends before you get too far along, but not always). Or maybe you just ate some bad chili, who knows?
