I am curious as to what kind of suit this is. What's the name for it, so I know what to ask for. It's a suit and the suit coat has 2 columns of buttons like normal but instead of only four buttons like a normal double breasted coat it has 10. Anyone know what kind of suit it is? I don't know if it has a specific name/style. It may have been created for him. It looks like a modified double-breasted pinstripe suite. Ill fitted too

It looks like a frock coat except that it buttons all the way down instead of opening more at the waist. This link might get you started:
