Sorry that everyone is asking this but i'm looking to narrow down what i could throw together....

I want something that won't take forever to get on because i want to dress up for school (early mornings! max. 15 minutes to do any make-up/hair/ect)
i was thinking of doing my skin in a pale way using this setting powder http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/store/product.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302024546&PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524442084596&bmUID=1161540434463
or these instructions that i found
http://www.fabulousfoods.com/holidays/halloween/costumes/vamp.html

let me know any tips/advice about which method to use (the setting powder or other way) so i might be a sort of vampireish person but anything that is similar or would go well i'll be glad to take ideas. i don't want to spend a lot of money either.

ideas?

YES, I HAVE AN IDEA!!!!!! :) !!!!!!!! put on a very THICK line of eye liner on your top and bottom eye lids.Wear mascara so that it emphasises the eye liner! Wear the lightest color of foundation so that you look ghostly! If you have red lipstick or fake blood then somehow draw or drip a line down your lips. Use the BRIGHTEST RED lipstick on your lips so it looks like you've been sucking a lot of blood lately. Then, Maybe make red stains all over your costume. Last but DEFINITELY not least wear sharp and pointy teeth!

First off, you need a foundation pior to applying the setting powder. Any shade lighter than your complexion will do. The powder adheres to a liguid foundation better than it would to dry skin. A deep red lipstick very defined when you apply it, some black eyeshadow on your eyelid with silver/grey above to the brow, darken your eyebrows with either the black eyeshadow or a brow pencil even eyeliner will do to give that shock effect. With an eyeliner on the upper lid start thin at the inner eye lid and make it thickers as you go out to create a curve upward at the end of the lid, for the lower lid you can do the same thing but just bring the lines together and don't do the line thicker at the end of the lower lid. As of the cheek bones you can use the black powder again follow the cheek bone from just in front of the ear down to the highest point then drop it straight down, use a brush to blend the black into a fade effect on the cheek. DO NOT GO TOO CLOSE TO THE EYES YOU DONT WANT EVERYTHING BLENDING TOGETHER. That's it with the right accessories and outfit you'll look fabulous!! Good Luck........

I didn't go to those sites, but have used what I had around the house to do the vampire look.

I used baby powder as a base and added a little gray eye shadow (use a toothpick to scrape some eye shadow into the baby powder) because baby powder is too light. Use your fingers or a powder puff to apply to your entire face. Use more gray eye shadow as contour around your cheek bones. Just apply it as you would blush.

Use black pencil eyeliner to darken the edges around your eyes. You can also use it to color in your lips. Take red lipstick and add a line of "blood" at one corner of your lips.

Wear all black and find something you can use as a cape.

The best part of the make-up is that it'll wash off with soap and water and you won't end up scrubbing your skin off.

Serial Killer. You need to buy some small cereal boxes, take out the contents and stick the boxes to your clothes. With a red bright marker create blood drops around the boxes on your clothes. Obviously, use clothes that you will not use any more.

Personally, I like to use just plain white stage makeup, only very, very little. A little lump about the size of your pinky nail, spread all over your face, gives a pallid look without campiness. It's always easier to be stingy, because it takes time to get off. Besides, you can add more gradually, and get it perfect.

First of all use alot of base (face powder) on ur face...so it looks really extra white like that of a vampire...then u should use black eye shade which should be spread on ur whole eye plus some area surrounding the eye also...u can use blood red lipstick...that's all for ur face!!!
