With the current rat eof urbanization, most of U.S. will be suburban by the end of the century. Just imagine....few forests, few open spaces. There will be some sparce trees in between houses, but not a lot.

That would suck....so bad for health and it would be so ugly and boring....

So instead of asking a question you're out planting a tree?

As a grower of plants, trees, and flowers at a VERY sucessful nursery, I don't think you need to worry about running out of oxygen that we get from plant life, nor should you worry about seeing only ugliness around you in the near future. And as a grower I hate to see any trees knocked down and native plants dug up in order to build new roads and housing, but those dozers digging and knocking everything down and up are alot bigger than I am, so I have to keep driving to work, so I can grow hundreds of thousands of plant life to replace all the ones that we killed in the name of progress! My cure for your saddness is to visit your local forest and back woods. How the heck do you think native Indians felt when the white man tore their world apart in the name of progress?????????

Have you ever flown and seen all of the space and trees that are undistrubed? I think it will be many many centuries before this will take place.

Interesting statement. I can see that you care about the environment. Good for you. What is your favorite tree?

Yeah, come to South Mississippi, Alabama, NW Florida.....LOTS of land and huge forests.....and that pales to places like Idaho and Montana.
