Steps:
-2{ [ ( - 5 ) - ( - 3 ) - 2 ] - 2 } +- sqrt4
-2{ [ - 5 + 3 - 2 ] - 2 } +- 2
-2{ [ -4 ] - 2 } +- 2
-2{ - 6 } +-2
-2*-6 = 12, but is it + the sqrt of four which is 2 or minus?

Sorry I couldn't give you the answer and good luck with finding someone who knows the answer.
