send out all kinds of mailers begging for money all the time??
I see incoming mail and FedEx packages in my firm & they always seem to be begging for money??

because they're money-grubbing Bush supporters. but they know he's been a f***up and are trying to win back support from big business and large firms.

I don't see that as being a bad thing for the Republicans, but rather a worse thing for the Democrats. Who is running their campaigns? It is a well known fact that the party that spends the most, usually wins. This tidbit of info explains why the Republicans always have more money to spend, but now the question is if they can make that money work for them this time. It doesn't look promising at all.

Your firm must have given to the Republican Party in the past. They are on the GOP mailing list. If your firm had given to the Democrats, the donkeys would be mailing the same letters. It's common practice for Political Parties to reach out to past donors.

It's likely that your firm or someone in your firm has supported the party in the past.
I've been a registered Republican for a long time and have never received a monetary solicitation.

I think it is not just the Republicans begging for money from large corporations the Democrats I am sure do it too

This happens with ALL polictical parties. I get mail from BOTH Democrats and Republican candidates asking for support. Don't see too much from the Liberals and the Greens though.

Because money is what drives politics in this country. Until we limit campaign spending and donations politics will always be corrupt.

Since they can not legally rob banks - they have to rely on "Contributions" - just like the Democrat party, as it is the only source of income for them.
(I am considering "Charitable Contributions in this.)
Years ago before TV - there really was not as much money needed for their propoganda as there is today.
And TV ads are expensive as all heck!

Yeah guess they would target places with money "law office"! They don't bother me but the Democrats do, i do not give them anything!
