to start, my english is a little poor, but I am gonna try to help you
Well, depends on whic decade you want???
80's is very easy to do, because you can go for a madonna look by putting on a t-shirt and a black tight mini skirt, with very high heels and let your hair be wild with a long handkerchief, your make up very very strong colors and a lot of jewlery.... bracalets, neckless, big shiny earings with some circular shape
Or you can go for a 20's or 30's looks but it takes time to find a dress and shoes, brush your hair in a "Hollywood old time" style and a neckless made of pearls and make makep softer...
50's is cute too, but happens the same with the dress

Everybody's doing the 70's and the 80's Do the 90's !!!
But if you asking what would be cute I would say the 70's get a mini skirt and some knee high boots and a headband big hoop earrings and a coloful shirt

I dont study about those different colored shoes... placed on outsized mens shirts, tied on the waist, collar up. placed on layers, a vest, a wide brooch or 2, a camisole, the blouse. Padded shoulders are good. sure, a belt over the blouse is 80's placed on a hat, shades, a lot of neclaces. placed on lace gloves, sheer black stockings, lace socks, black shoes. placed on a lot of eyeliner. Tease your hair quite huge, and area it on the part, with wide upward push up bangs. Have a ball!

what do you like? poodle skirts etc for the 50's, sixties you could wear go-go boots and stuff like that, dress like a hippie for the 70's. personally, i would do the 80's. if you do that, make sure your hair is huge. crimp it.
