Hire a private investigator. Or call the police; especially if the "uncle" doesn't have full custody. Honestly, I'd stay out of it and let your aunt handle it.

His mother can report him missing or stollen if there are court orders preventing him from taking the child aside from visits. If not there is nothing that can be done unless your aunt files for an emergency order to be issued, at which time an allert for the baby can be issued.

If they are married, either parent can leave with their child(ren), as they both have full custody. If they are legally separated or divorced, the court-ordered custody agreement is legally enforceable and if the mother had joint legal and/or physical custody or sole custody, she should be able to contact the court and the police.

Not a damn thing you can do honey unless there is a custody order or there is proof the child is in danger. A mother and father according to law have EQUAL rights to a child unless there is a custody order in place.

well i guess that would be considered kidnapping if he didnt have full custody. you could get the police involved.. and file a report or sort it our yourself. It depends on what your aunt wants to do.

Is he violent? Is it an issue that the police need to know about? If you don't know where they are, get the police on the case. Good luck.
