casual usually indicates some sort of khaki but I think it depends on the day of the week and if the material of the clothing. If its not Friday I would ixnay on the khakis and instead go with a pair of slacks and a button down...you can always dress something up a little more with nice accessories...you know pumps, nice necklace, nice bracelet and make sure that your hair and makeup are nice...it will totally dress up the outfit.

Business casual for us is nice khaki pants, like Dockers and a nice shirt. Business casual is right inbetween professional dress(suit, skirts) and casual (jeans & t's).

Nice button down shirt and khaki pants, brown shoes and belt. Tie optional for men. Keep your jewelery on the downlow.

Pants or a skirt
not jeans
blouse or sweater
not a t-shirt
no tennies. no flip-flops. no cut-offs. no tank-tops
wear loafers
but not formal business pumps.
for women, anything that is not a business suit
is probably ok. i mean even capris or heels would be ok.
or a blazer.
