My interpretation is to fulfill ones purpose. To make the world a better place because we were here. Everyone has special talents and abilities. Everyone has a purpose. The talents we posses, gives us the ability to contribute to the world, each in our own unique way. It is purposefully designed as such, so that we all serve a different purpose. We are all individuals, each with our own special talents. Together we unite to make a society...the world. We are like a big pot of stew. Together we enhance each other. If we all add to the world the best of what we have...it is a mighty good stew. If we become bitter or let our goodness spoil...we can taint the pot of stew. As a society, cooking the stew together, we decide as a team what we do not want in the pot of stew. What is acceptable in the pot of stew, is anything that is good, healthy and right. At the end of our life what really matters most... is how we contributed to offering our unique blend.

Hmm, usually I would see this question in religion or philosophy categories. I believe the meaning of life is to come to earth, to gain a physical body, to learn what God's will is for you and then to do that, to develop your talents and mind, to prepare to have a family, and to help get the world ready for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. This is from a Mormon point of view. Also, it is important to have joy! And eat lots of gummy bears!

I think the meaning of life is to overcome all adversities and to forgive, I'm still struggling to forgive but in order to be forgiven for my trespasses, I need to forgive those who trespass against me....therefore it is a choice and our choices decide our destiny where ever that may lead us to. everyone suffers the pains of life (Bob Marley, well said) and it is so true. The CD "SPIRIT" by Jewel changed my life and attitude for the better, but I still find myself so overwhelmed with disbelief in the evil of the world, I find that my drug of choice is comedy, and it helps me cope, but sometimes I guess I hurt people with some of the things I say and then I feel bad.
