I know this is not exactly what you are looking for, but it is one of my favs because it is just too funny... In C.H.U.D. 2-- when Buds' head accidently gets lopped off and you see him all the way through the rest of the movie at odd times in the background chasing his head as it rolls on the ground. He gets near it and stops to pick it up, but of course, he kicks it away again and has to chase it back off camera. C.H.U.D. in case you are wondering, is Carniverous Humanoid Underground Dwellers. It's about (of all things) a military experiment that goes horribly wrong... just another "Living Dead" knockoff.

Final Scene in Underworld by far. Selene severs most of Viktors head for a great climax to an excellant movie.

Omen II, 1978? Dude is decapitated by a sheet of glass. Ghastly. BTW, Omen II is one of the creepiest movies I've even seen. If you were at all raised Christian the thought of the anti-christ in a teenage boy is chilling.

It's a toss up for me between The photographer getting his head sliced off clean by a sheet of window glass in the original "Omen" and the possessed girlfriend in the "Evil Dead" who took a flying leap for her boyfriend only to land "neck first" on the sharp edge of a shovel.

In "Caligula," a number of nobles were buried up their necks in a large arena. They were all begging for their lives as some big machine rolled around lopping off heads at ground level. Everytime a head went rolling, the crowds would cheer and laugh. It was pretty twisted.

Wow...so many to choose from. I liked the Final Destination scene too but the one that comes to mind is the scene in Ghost Ship when the little girl is dancing with the Captain and the wire is cut and EVERYONE gets cut in half but her and the Captain.When you wait a min. and his head falls apart......Wow!
