Sexual content does not mean 'sex scenes.' It involves male/female genitalia, body secretions not of a waste sort, nudity, sexual innuendos.

I wouldn't call it "sexual"--just lots of male nudity and gross out humor!

Theres a few scenes of nudity.... If u see it, you'll know why its rated like that... lol
