you can run a hacked version of mac osx on your pc however this is almost certainly illegal however given that apple do not sell osx and you are running a pc then there is no real advantage in them prosecuting you as what you are doing isn't udermining any commercial interest as you are not, nor do you plan on investing in a mac.

try program "WINDOWSBLINDS"
its gonna make 100% look as MAC.
