Server problems.?

My server cuts out all day. How do I fix this problem.

define cuts out??
can be caused by so many things, clustering problems, to many people logged in, high util of network, causing lag.
etc etc

If it shuts down/restarts randomly, replace power supply. If NIC is flaky, check duplex settings and/or move to another port on switch, change cables or just replace entire NIC
