What is the best way to learn how to play piano?

I love the piano and I've never touch a piano key in my life; how to get free piano lessons or how to learn without paying too much$$?

let's see... i've been playing piano for 11 years and the only way to learn to play piano decently is to get a teacher. the cost can vary from 30 to 50 dollars. so if you have a friend that can play the piano, you better ask them to teach you, or you can learn by yourself.
