If you listen closes to the democrats and republican candidates, you will find that many of them are very vague and evasive about stating their positions. They are playing politics. What a pity! You can't even get a straight answer about issues from some of these cats. Are they that useless that they have to resort to name-calling to get votes. How do they expect people to vote for them if they don't know what they stand for. This is pathetic!

Unfortunately - it is a fact - that it is much easier to tear down an opponent than what it is to build yourself up.

And it is much cheaper too!

lf you tell crap about your opponent people will remember it a lot longer than if you boasted about yourself. -

This is a favorite trick of the Republicans and they have been using it for years! Remember the "Swiftboatvets for truth who spent so much time and effort maligning and insulting Kerry?

It worked didn't it?

Pay attention to all the TV ads you see and keep track of which ones are sponsored by the Democrats, and which ones are sponsored by the Republicans. You will see what I mean.

Because most of them have almost no agenda or platform other than to keep their contributors happy. They have nothing concrete to offer America, so they get attention by creating controversy instead of offering real solutions to our country's problems.

I, on the other hand, have a faily clear agenda, and if elected, I'll stick to it!

Because they don't really have plans on how to fix most problems.

Additionally, because if they do, they know that they may alienate some people who otherwise would have voted for them, because they don't agree with their plan.

Because they know the majority of voters don't mind, and don't really know a ything about issues.

Negative politics exist because it works.
