If you can't get a date I suppose it is easier to blame other people. This, however, does not solve your problem. There are different types of guys and so generalizing only serves to comfort you. You assume that you are this great amazing apple which implies you are just arrogant.
If you are someone who has a list of all the the things a guy must offer you but no list of what you have to offer you are going to be in trouble. If you constantly talk about some guy being strong enough for your love or good enough for you blah blah you won't see what is in front of you and you will drive off everyone.
Guys are not just interested in easy apples but their not interested in snooty princess apples either

I think it's false.
Especially since it's easy enough to chop the tree down and put all the apples on the same level, where they belong.

VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY TRUE. But when that one guy does make it to the top of the tree, you have to make sure that his efforts do not go unnoticed and reward him. Keep him also, he must really like you to go through all of that trouble to "pick" you out of the "bunch". :O)
