I was watching a commercial for this Nuva ring and I couldn't for the life of me how the women put it on. If anyone knows what this contraceptive is please explain it to me.

I am on nuva ring and it is the best. All you do is insert the ring in. It does not have to be inserted in any paticular way. Just squeeze the ring and put it in. You dont feel it at ALL. My boyfriend dosent feel it either. Put it in and leave it in for 3 weeks. On the third week....take it out and have your period. Then reinsert a new one after the end of the fourth week.

You squeeze the center of it so it looks like a figure eight and then you squat down and insert it into your vagina. When you reach the top of your vagina, release it and it should conform to fit around the cervix. Once you get the hang of it, it is easy to do.

It's not "worn". It's inserted vaginally and you leave it in for a month.
