I am trying to do this ovulation calender and it is asking me when I started my period and the 11th of this month I spotted once or twice that day but the 12th I was bleeding heavy....do I put I started the 11th or the 12th?

I would say 11th because that's when your ovulation STARTED.
even though it wasn't heavy, but double check with a doctor or even a mid-wive.

The very first day of blood is day one. you will ovulate the 9 th 10 th 11th maybe the 12th so have sex and have fun and good luck to you.

Dr's I have talked to say to count the first day of heavy bleeding, not the light spotting.

Always count the first day of heavy bleeding. I even asked my doctor this question.

Put the day you started spotting. Have you checked to see if your uterus is tipped? Even if it is slightly tipped, it could stop you from conceiving. Good luck!

i always spot my first day and then it's heavy the next--count the day you spot.

You should use the 11th
