Killing is wrong many Christian's justify it under their own terms but the lesson's are to be observed in this country of how the Amish in Pennsylvania dealt with murder & rape yet acted as Jesus commands! I am not so sure that i could find the power with in to resist eye for an eye as these Faithfull people did.

I too am against Capital Punishment, there are some crimes that are truly heinous and death seems to be the only way to get them back but the government cannot condemn murder for on thing and the legalize it for their personal use. The nations around the world are starting to call the US on its crap-they are beign to see us as the enemy and dislike our foregin policy, sooner are later the government will have to pay/answer for all the things they have done.

Your utopian society would ALWAYS agree that killing is wrong. Since the dawn of man, man punished man for taking a life. You are confusing murder with justice. We have suitable punishment for heinous and vicious acts. Serial killers, child rapists, premediated cold-blooded killers - should not be rewarded with their life, when they have clearly no respect for another's.
But, by your own question and logic, and of course bringing up Iraq - I assume that you are liberal/Democrat. Why is it okay to kill unborn babies, whether it's an abortion or research? These are truly innocent lives.

What? A just society would not always agree that killing is wrong. the word Just, also known as justice is so subjective. I personally think, that if you kill someone, then you should be killed(in most cases anyway). That is my idea of a just society.
No, I think your question about foreign policy should be rephrased so you don't sound so ignorant. "Why is it acceptable to strap bombs to yourself and blow others up and call it religous?"
Your ignorance is showing

Seems like your grip on the limb of reality is beginning to slip a bit. The logic used is a bit frayed also. From your outlook, it is perfectly alright for someone to kill more than 3000 of our people, without punishment. But we all of a sudden become barbaric??? Your logic leaves one, rather scratching their heads in wonder.

Murder is wrong, rather it be a person or a government. We have lost the distinction between justice and revenge. See answer 1 for definition of revenge.
