Forgetting about Longitude & Latitude which brings Florida to the yes you guessed it, the Equator. Florida would still be warmer because of Montana's higher E L E V A T I O N !!

Florida is always warmer than Montana. You can figure that out because in the US, the farther south the warmer, and the farher north the colder.
