We are driving from S'Vale California to Richardson Tx-down highway 5 and along I 40-where should we eat?

Don't want to go too far off the beaten path-but we'll be going through Winslow AZ, Tucumcari NMex, Albequerque...Amarillo Tx...

The Flying J Travel Center off I-40 in Winslow, AZ has really good food. I used to work there, and I can vouch for it.

Also, when you get to Amarillo, they have all of the typical eating places you would find anywhere, including the huge steak places. Just depends on what you feel like having.

You should load up on some food at Winslow, because once you get between Holbrook, AZ and Albuquerque, there really isn't any place to stop.
