not unless the doc recommends it! I know a girl that was suffering from alot of head-aches. and back pain.. it was required by the doc to get some boobs taken off.

then again.. you can always give them to me :) i used to be a D size.. but shrinking as I lose weight.

I have the same problem, I am 5'2 and 145 with 38F boobs. I went to see a surgeon and everything was cool. I was ready to fork over the 5K until I saw the pictures of some of the people he has done surgery on. There breast looked good (aligned and all) but my areola is really big and he would have to restructure my areola and nipples and the scares after wards looked really icky to me (I'm only 23...I don't want ugly scars on my boobs!!)so I backed out. That was in Dec of 2005. To this day he is still calling me trying to convince me to come in and have it done, but I'm cool! My dietitians said for me to just lose10lbs and try to balance my boobs with my back (when siting) and get more in shape and my back will not be in much pain.

I was thinking about having the surgery myself - I am a 32E. A friend of mine had the surgery and she was in a lot of pain for months so I decided not to. I started weight training instead. I did not loose my cup size since I was skinny to start with, but my back got stronger and it doesn't hurt anymore.
I don't care that people stare, I got used to it. My husband is really happy I didn't have the surgery.

I would. Insurance should cover it if you are having back problems from this. They will also hurt your neck and the straps have to be digging into your shoulders pretty bad?

Find a good plastic/reconstructive surgeon to do this. Talk to your regular doctor or GYN and get a referral.

I would take mine down to a 36C if I were you. C is a nice size.

Breast Reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

Before resorting to sugery, I would try and purchase a bra that really supports you, even if it means getting it custom made. This is certainly a cheaper option. If things get really bad than you should go see your GP, because if your backache is caused by them, then you should be able to get it done on the health service.
Hope it works out for you

Yes you should get a reduction. Just make sure you do this after you marry a rich old man.
