You'd better ask W's daddy. Anyone remember the pedo-ring scandal in Daddy's White House in 1989? Bet not. Even better reason why George H.W. and Bubba would be in bed together (figuratively and literally) would be the whole Mena mess. But alas, certain governmental projects (Mockingbird) have corrupted the formerly Free Press and the USG will continue to work for the rich, elite powers that be, regardless of which corrupt party leads.
