Voltarol is a brand name of diclofenac sodium. It's classed as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory. Voltarol Retard can be given in a slightly higher dose because it's effect is longer lasting - either 75mg twice a day, or 100mg once a day. It can cause gastric upset, so always take it with food, and report any abdominal pain to your doctor.
