When I save the media files to my blackberry, they do not play. Some message comes up about not being able to read the file. Do I need to convert the files before I transfer them or do I need a special software to do it?

The manual does not tell you how to do this.

See if there's an extended online manual at the Blackberry website... Thanks for letting us know about the 'support' that comes in their manual though. This goes on my Blackberry Pros & Cons List under Cons... good luck to you though :-)

in case you have photos interior the BlackBerry device's inner memory, then to get right of entry to that memory you should place in the own pc supervisor utility WITH the Media supervisor decision. The Media supervisor will show you how to hook up with the BlackBerry's inner memory and get the photos. be careful, nevertheless. in case you have Roxio uncomplicated Media author already put in on your pc the Media supervisor set up would reason themes with that.
