Yikes. You need to report it ASAP to your insurance company. Many companies have a specific period of time in which to report. You may want to call the cops also. You should have done that immediately.
Next time don't be so darn dumb. Sorry, live and learn, I guess.

You can probly do nothing. you should have insisted on calling the law for a report. I would contact my insurance company and file a claim on uninsured motorist. Yuo shjould have that on your policy even i fyou only have liability.
If you don't than get it. it's usually only about 15/20 bucks ayear tacked on to your liability.
Yuo in most states are required to file a claim immediately or max 24 hours.
If your company doesn';t have 24 hour claims service than you shluld find one which does.
I use Geico. I can file a claim, get information, buy a policy, delete or change a policy 24/7 any timeon my computer or telephone. It beats the hell out of farm bureau or state farm or alstate where you are usually another stranger no matter how long you've been with them.
I think u just lose out. but if you have uninsured ins, file it and they'll pay you and collect from him.

Someone with no insurance or license hit me a week ago too. My insurance guy said you have two years in which to take the party who caused the accident to small claims court. This is in Texas though. You may want to talk to an insurance agent where you are.

I would also call the police. Let the guy know you're serious.

well, you have to report the case within 24 hrs after you got the accident to you insurance company and the police for the case of drive without licence, some of the insurance company allow you to report the case with 3 days for the time you, need to check with you insurance company, for this case, likely you have to paid for the cost of repair by you self, since you wait for some long and the others is make a quick one on you now, bad luck, be careful next time, talk to you insurance company for help.

Pick up the phone and call the police. Since the guy had no insurance, it only meant he had no intentions of paying, plus, he didnt want to get sited for no insurance, have his car towed, loose his license, etc... Don't wait any longer. Get r done.

Turn it in to your own insurance and let them fight him for it, and then call the police and report it. You should have called the police immediately. These people need to know that they can not drive with out insurance!

You actually believed him! he is just leading you on, the contact with him will soon stop, did you at least get the license plate number, that way you can take matters into your own hands.

I think your screwed. If you knew he didn't have a drivers license then you should of called the cops.

Do you really trust a man who lies about not having a driver's license is going to give you money.

Wake up out of dream land..You have been screwed

Call the cops NOW but you will probably have to take him to small claims court and prove you case.
