He's with Cristy in Tekken 5 but in Tekken 5:Dark Resurrection hes a separate character.

i'm pretty sure you just have to beat the game with the break dancin chick. then highlight her and press trianlge or something like that. he'll show up in the pic instead of her. not too sure about my info though. i just beat it with everyone so if anything, try that. (make it one round infinate time it goes by quicker. or invite friends over and take turns beating the game with each character)
