marijuana is a plant, chemical free and all natural, not a drug in my opinion

Lots and lots of cranberry juice. And water.
Flood your system with fluids to flush it all out.

The obvious answer is to not do drugs. But, you're an individual and no stranger on the internet is going to tell you what to do. I think the only thing to get drugs out of your system is to not do them for a while.I have heard that compared to other drugs, marijuana stays in the system for quite a while. (I've heard many people say different things like 5 days, 2 weeks, a month etc.)I would look up the exact time. Unless they give a hair test.. if this is the case, you're screwed.

DUH! The obvious - DONT DO DRUGS!
You know that it will prevent you from working and you know you run the risk of getting busted. Its less a hassle just to not do illegal drugs dude.
Grow up. This advice comes from a former pothead. Been there, seen the insanity of doing drugs - so I quit. Join the intelligent people of the human race.
